Qualified
I've graduated with an (AAS) in Cybersecurity and Computer Programming. I've done IT work in the Winston county area for about two years now, doing technical advising, networking, computer maintenance, installations & upgrades, and of course, repairs. Because of both my dual degree and the diverse hands-on experience I've had with electronics throughout my life, I have a wide range of knowledge to pull from when diagnosing and resolving issues.
How IT Began
One thing I had noticed while working with folks in our county and rural Alabama, in general, was the scarcity of other skilled and qualified technicians. The few that were in our area had either shut down their business several years ago or had simply moved away. Many people I worked with would tell me that I was one of the only people they could get a hold of locally to work on their devices. Their only other alternative was to travel to Birmingham, Huntsville, or even in some cases, out of state.
So in December of 2020, I decided to start up "Jedi's FixIT Service" as a way to provide and give back to our community. I felt that there's was no reason why living in rural Alabama should bar someone from finding a technician who can provide high-quality repairs at an affordable price. That thought became both my motto and mission for my business.

Jedi's FixIT Service is committed to providing the highest quality standards in the electronics repair industry. I stand behind the integrity and quality of my repairs.
As a personal practice, when working with Gaming Consoles and Smartphones, I only use the highest grade quality OEM and Refurbished parts. This provides repairs that are on par with the original manufacturer. Many other repair shops don't do this, however, and go for a cheaper alternative using lower grade aftermarket parts for their repairs.
Repairing a device the right way is important not only to you but to me. I enjoy helping people, and I want to grow and build this service upon years of experience, integrity, and ingenuity. That is what I want to set me apart from other repair shops and technicians.
Jedi's FixIT Service performs both internal testings and relies on independent testing agencies throughout several part manufacturers to evaluate the quality of parts.
